From Market to Culture: OVO’s Third Return
For GALERIE OVO, this participation marks both a continuation and a new departure. Since its first appearance in 2019, the gallery has witnessed the transformation of the Indonesian art market firsthand—from the rise of a younger generation of collectors to the growing maturity of corporate and foundation collections. Together, these developments reflect the rapidly expanding energy and cultural awareness of the Southeast Asian art scene.
This presentation focuses on artists from across Asia, featuring ATI Chen Tai-Hua, Chang Yu-Hsien, Huang Jen-Chieh, Muran, Ni Jui-Hung, and Yabun Yuma (Chiang Pei-Shan) from Taiwan, alongside international artists Adin Wiedyardini (Indonesia), Kristoffer Ardeña (Philippines), and Shingo Nakata (Japan). Spanning painting, installation, and mixed media, the works highlight the diversity and shared resonances of Asian artists within a contemporary context.
