Every story speaks of the past as something still in progress. Each story carries its own historical context; it may unfold with clarity and structure like written text, or appear indistinct like a silhouette, yet remain deeply compelling. The exhibition *〈物語のシルエット〉Silhouette of Stories* takes “story” and “dialogue” as its central themes, bringing together artists from Taiwan and abroad to collectively weave the “outlines of stories” between artists and art lovers at MASION ACME. Centered on the expressive power of art, the exhibition presents art not merely as a form of visual communication, but as a series of stories rich in meaning, vivid narratives that convey emotion, inspire thought, and evoke resonance through artistic works. Behind every artwork lies a unique story, symbolizing the source of the artist’s inspiration and revealing their creative journey and thought process. Each work serves as the beginning of a story, which is further developed and unfolded within the exhibition space through the participation of viewers. Audiences with different life experiences will resonate with the works in different ways, and each story that emerges becomes a form of intellectual transmission or cultural reflection. The international artists participating in this exhibition include Taher Jaoui (Spain), Manolo Gonzalez (Spain), Stephance CIES Cloteau (France), and Simona Ruscheva (Bulgaria), alongside Taiwanese artists Yan Ann, Ni Jui-Hung, and ATI Chen Tai-Hua. Together, they form an artistic world woven from countless stories originating across the globe. Through these stories, a shared language is constructed, deepening art lovers’ understanding and emotional connection to art, while fostering greater opportunities and platforms for exchange between Taiwanese and international artists.
