Kanaha Iwasaki

Kahana Iwasaki was born in Okinawa in 1996, based in Tokyo and graduated from Tama Art University Graduate School of Fine Arts in 2022. Iwasaki expresses narrative and mythic by mixing things around us such as animals, plants, houses and imaginary creatures through her two-dimensional composition, which is only possible to exist in pictorial space. Creative activity is the process for her to feel the boundary between pictorial space, time, and other creatures that exists on this planet.The soft texture give viewers mystical, unpredictable but natural and Iwasaki’ s paintings welcome you to the ultimate unknown world.
